Gregg and Lucas, a father-son duo, has a combined 35 years experience in the correctional and behavioral healthcare industries. Gregg started his career working as a regional sales manager and was quickly promoted to national sales manager for one of the largest stainless steel plumbing manufacturers in the industry. Managing 65+ reps across the Country, this is where he learned the intricacies of being an independent rep and what it took to excel in this line of work. In 2015, after graduating from San Diego State with a degree in Businesses Management and Entrepreneurship, Lucas joined Gregg on his journey of growing what is now known as RIPCO & Associates – a customer-first company dedicated to excellence in product quality, communication, and reliability.
